After my own battle with cancer at age 29, I learned to confront the unconscious mind to create radical change within my own body. I used everything I learned from my background in psychology and cognitive neuroscience, and merged that with what I have learned along my spiritual journey to create programs that have transformed the lives of the people who enroll in them.

Our mind's, body's, and soul's are inherently connected. And that connection can be accessed and rewired to help you achieve a state of full and complete coherence.
Our shadow lies within our unconscious mind, and each time we heal part of our shadow, we step more into our light. Through shadow work, so much is released. We begin to feel lighter and more free. Life becomes effortless. And as a licensed, trauma-informed therapist, I safely hold the space for you to uncover and release the darkness within.
